Big shoutout to the team at The Comfort Authority! We just replaced an aging AC unit with them (thanks to Luis for the initial inspection, Derek for the help with the planning and design, and Gary & Shiar for the smooth install). It’s such a relief knowing we won’t be sweating it out this summer!
They also just started offering plumbing in the last year, which is awesome. James was fantastic—he fixed a bunch of lingering issues we had in one visit. It’s rare to find a company that does both AC and plumbing this well. They’re honest, fair, and they genuinely seem to care about the homeowner as well as their product. Luis came to check out our AC system. He let us know he was on the way. He was very professional and even wore protective foot covering into the house. Once he completed his diagnostic, he let us know what the issue was , providing pictures and videos, so we knew exactly what he was speaking about. He made recommendations on the steps to take and gave us several quotes for different scenarios. We had a different company out the day before and the experience was extremely different. The other company left us unsure and uncomfortable with their diagnosis. This is why we asked Comfort Authority come. A friendly face and knowledge goes a long way.

Luis serviced my HVAC/AC and Dalton took care of plumbing/water heater. Both services handled with perfection and very detailed.
